Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Dynasty Chase mobile app (the "App"), offered by GigiandEv, LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the App from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own entertainment on devices you own or control.
In-app purchases
The App offers optional purchases, such as Remove Ads, season replays, replay packs and a Season Pass subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Replays and replay tokens are virtual items with no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and are limited to one paid replay per season. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Game content
Player ratings are calculated by us for gameplay from historical statistics and do not reflect any official evaluation. Dynasty Chase is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional football league, team, players' association, or player.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GigiandEv, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept them.
