Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Dynasty Chase mobile app (the "App") and dynastychase.com collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App is offered by GigiandEv, LLC ("we," "us").
Information stored on your device
The App stores your game progress and settings (for example, seasons played, unlocks, replay tokens and sound preferences) on your device. We do not receive this information, and it is removed when you delete the App.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment card details. We use a purchase-management service, RevenueCat, to confirm and restore purchases. It receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history from the store.
Advertising
The free version of the App shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information such as your advertising identifier, IP address and general location to deliver and measure ads. Where required, the App asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and on iPhone it asks permission before any tracking. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. Players who buy Remove Ads or the Season Pass do not see ads.
Analytics and crash reports
We may use analytics and crash-reporting tools (such as Google Firebase) to understand how the App is used and to fix problems. These tools collect usage events, device type, operating-system version and crash logs. They are not used to identify you personally.
Children
The App is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Age signals and parental consent
Where the law requires it, the App may receive an age range or parental-consent signal from Apple or Google. We use it only to apply age-appropriate settings and to comply with the law, and we do not keep it longer than needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. Because the App does not use accounts, most data stays on your device. To make a request, email support@dynastychase.com.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above, as required by law, or to protect our rights.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
